A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately. Please note that all tours operate according to tour operator’s terms and conditions. A minimum number of participants are required for the tour to operate and any passengers who may be booked on a tour that does not attain the required minimum number of participants will either be refunded their payments in full or offered an alternative tour of similar quality and value.
